My dog went in and was diagnosed with kidney failure, first recommendation was euthanasia! My dog is doing much much better almost 6 months later with my hard work. Biggest problem is staff and prefferential treatment. If you are not friends with staff be prepared to get bumped! Vets do not return calls and they charge you double to squeeze you in and make you wait forever. Vets are non responsive to problems with practice / front desk.
