I was so impressed by this veterinary clinic. I called at 5:45 PM regarding my beagle's swollen paw and related symptoms. We are relatively new to the area so this was our first visit. We received a 7:30 PM appointment, I arrived early for paperwork, but, there was only one page required (delightful in itself) of me and we were taken back by 7:20! The reception area is clean and well appointed, no overwhelming animal smells, plenty of seating and a fair amount of parking too. The staff is incredibly friendly, everyone I met was personable and attentive to my dog and to me. The vet was amazing, kind, definitely someone that loves her job, she took the time to thoroughly examine Odie without being overly invasive. After diagnosing his infection with a slight allergic reaction to whatever caused the initial paw trouble she spent quite some time reviewing the meds he would require, then spent more time giving Odie some friendly attention before verifying my number so she can contact me this week to follow up! I've never been anywhere better than Rothman and I have had pets throughout my life. I will definitely be returning and referencing people I know to this facility. As an aside, I found the cost very reasonable as well, they also offer boarding.
