Repair person damaged the heel while changing the heel tips. Not only the leather covered heel was damage but ? of the heel was cracked. They patched the cracks with the black material so I noticed it only at home. Next day I brought shoes back to store. Repair shop denied that the damage was caused by them. Although offered to fix it ?by wax?. It wasn?t satisfactory solution so I asked to either change the heel or compensate cost of repair in the other place. During our conversation 2 repair persons where screaming, pointing finger in my face, hurling the shoe on the counter so I had no choice as to call police. When police came they became very calm, but still denied the store fault. Finally, I was offered either to take money I paid for repair of fix the hill ?by waxing?. I choose just to leave the shop and share my experience with the community. I brought two pairs of shoes to fix and they did a good job to other pair. But overall my experience is awful. Waste of time, money and health. I was shocked what kind of ?customer service? they provided and how they deal with problems. If you decided to fix the expensive shoe in this shop think twice and check the item with repair person before and after repair. \r Pros: Location (close to me) Cons: Waste of time, money and health. more
