Picasso Salon has a very talented group of people working for them however, the phone customer service is REDICULOUS!!! You can NEVER reach a person on the phone - it goes to voicemail and believe its a true hinderance on their facility. IF they want to continue growing and be service oriented HIRE A RECEPTIONIST who's main job is to handle that phone. Talent alone does not make a business. You have some amazing talented hair stylists at your salon its unfortunate to not be able to reach anyone on the telephone OR get a prompt call back. My business (great hair or not) is going elsewhere to a more service oriented place. The age of the internet and voicemail is great for some things but haircare and salons is not one of them. Your voicemail system is TRULY TRULY hurting your business. I don't care how busy you may be or are....because of the lack of phone service and availability - I'd rate the salon a 1 for that alone.
