Dahn yoga is a real rip-off. Very high-pressure sales techniques, contracts that lock you in, etc. I paid a nominimal fee for a free fitness assessment and wound up getting talked into buying a 3-month membership and a 2-day seminar for about $800.00. They did not offer shorter memberships at the time and also did not allow a free trial class. After taking a few classes I realized there is a lot more ""tapping the dahn jahn"" and counting than anything else. By the middle of my second month I knew it wasn't for me and asked for a refund of the money for the 2-day seminar I had paid for. The woman said she could not refund the money for the 2-day seminar because I had bought it as part of a package and she could not separate the seminar from the classes, etc., etc. It was a real rip off in terms of any benefit from the yoga (if you can call it that), and in terms of money. Be warned!
