We brought two challenging jobs to Jack and he did splendidly on both -- and we had fun interacting with him. I had an old leather motorcycle jacket that needed a very complicated zipper replacement. Not only did he do a great job VERY quickly, but he put in an ""antiqued"" zipper that looked fabulous with the jacket and was a huge improvement on the one he was replacing. My husband had a vintage winter coat with a very worn velvet collar and some staining. The coat looks so fabulous after Jack's ministrations that my husband is constantly getting compliments on it! Jack's sensibility is to be relied upon -- and he is honest with you. If he feels a job cannot be well done, he will be upfront about it. I recommend him highly. We take our drycleaning there now, as well.
