Functional Strength Pilates is a wonderful place. The owner is a fabulous instructor who is extremely knowledgable. She emphasizes form to maximum the use of this type of exercise. The training is very personalized, even in a class setting. I have been doing pilates for a few months and have seen noticable improvements in my energy level, strength and posture. The studio is new and very clean. There are a wide variety of classes at various times every day.
