Functional Strength Pilates has been very helpful to me. My posture is greatly improved and I have successfully used pilates as a physical rehabilitation method for lingering injuries as well. The instruction is very personalized and top notch. I work on my feet all day and used to suffer from a sore back, but with my improved posture and core strength, my back no longer bothers me at work. Highly recommended to complement other workouts or as a means to get in better shape and feel better. I have been an athlete all of my life and continue to telemark, hike, and lift weights on a regular basis and pilates has only helped in these activities.
