I ordered my bridesmaid dresses through VIP, based on my mom's recommendation because she had purchased her wedding gown there 27 years ago! They had tons of gorgeous bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses in the store, but they showed me some books too that had an even bigger selection. The women were professional, helpful, effecient, and always friendly. They did an excellent job contacting all the girls for measurements, payment, alterations, pick-up, etc. so that I didn't have to worry about any of it and were always available to answer questions from me or the girls. I felt totally confident that things were taken care of, which is so appreciated when you have a million things to do in the months leading up to your wedding!
