Thankfully my tenure at Central Park Townhomes was short lived. By the end of the first month I was anxious to escape. Upon moving in the entire place reeked of smoke. Within a week or two there was an ant infestation coming out of the carpets. The management is not responsive to tenant needs and charges exorbient amounts of money for random fees...especially upon moving out. Weeks before I was finally able to move out a swarm of flying ants set up camp. They were everywhere coming out of the walls in the kitchen, bathrooms and stairs. It was just gross! The architecture is failing and the second floor sags in the middle. It caused my dresser mirror to topple...thankfully not to break! The patio is by no means safe to hold weight....with warped wood and unsafe railings. The air conditioner did not work well and made a huge racket when it did come on. The only saving grace to this townhouse was the updated appliances and responsive maintenance staff. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Although it is cheap...it should be even cheaper for the horrible conditions.
