I just went recently and it was my first time and it put it out there it was the WORST experience I have ever had. The employees were kind but their boss was just flat out RUDE, LAZY, and UNKIND. The service was unsanitary, I know this from previous experience, they used the same calluse/rough skin removal equipment because it was SO WORE OUT!I mean those calluse removal things are like 50 cents! Their boss was rushing them the whole time to finish faster. On the brochure it said that the pedicure would be 40 mins., but me and my aunt were done is less than 25 mins.!The boss was also unreliable, he just sat at the front desh on his computer doing god knows what. We had also scheduled for a 5p.m. appoitment but he called and said we were late and that it was at 4...but on the appointment card that HE wrote it said 5! When we came he never mentioned, didn't appoligize nor did he give us the benefit of the doubt!! For the $28 pedicure, it was defiantly NOT WORTH IT,I would rather pay more money than go to this TERRIBLE spa! WORST experience, WORST service, and the WORST atmosphere!!!
