HORRIBLE SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE\r I had a terrible experience at ""TRI LU'S"" emeryville. The man at the reception desk, DAN is rude with terrible manners. He screamed at me on the phone for no reason and when I got there and confronted him, he screamed at me again and asked me to leave. DAN has no idea about the meaning of customer service. I have been going to Tri Lu's for over a year, and they do the absolute best French manicure and pedicure that I have ever had anywhere in the world (literally). Prices are very reasonable. I just went recently and it was my first time and it put it out there it was the WORST experience I have ever had. The employees were kind but their boss was just flat out RUDE, LAZY, and UNKIND. The service was unsanitary, I know this from previous experience, they used the same calluse/rough skin removal equipment because it was SO WORE OUT!I mean those calluse removal things are like 50 cents! Their boss was rushing them the whole time to finish faster. On the brochure it said that the pedicure would be 40 mins., but me and my aunt were done is less than 25 mins.!The boss was also unreliable, he just sat at the front desh on his computer doing god knows what. We had also scheduled for a 5p.m. appoitment but he called and said we were late and that it was at 4...but on the appointment card that HE wrote it said 5! When we came he never mentioned, didn't appoligize nor did he give us the benefit of the doubt!! For the $28 pedicure, it was defiantly NOT WORTH IT,I would rather pay more money than go to this TERRIBLE spa! WORST experience, WORST service, and the WORST atmosphere!!! I have been going to Tri-Lu since it opened on Bay Street. My nails always look like a million dollars when I leave. I am always getting compliments on them and asked where I get them done. My manicurist, Pauline, is the greatest. She is always professional as well as an excellent artist (as well know a great paint job is an art) and patient with me even when I come in when a broken nail. I love the Pedicures, Annie and Lisa are great as well and have a great calf massage. Tri-Lu is very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Pros: Great Nails , Great Staff more

service was average however the facial room & the massage room are the same small room!!! they are separated by sheets & there is no privacy. during my massage i could hear the facial taking place five feet away from me!! i went to tri lu's since it was near where i work, i figured if it's $25 a set they must have some type of skill, however the second day after I got my new set they started lifting, I had to go back and have then fix them, then they began lifting again. The third time I went in I requested a different person, however they ignored my request and gave me the same person. I ended up having to go to a place recommended by a co-worker, which was cheaper and the work was much better Pros: good parking Cons: , no skill, overpriced for work more
