1. Always Behind Schedule\r 2. Takes FOREVER to see a doctor (3 months)\r 3. Doctor's are not very friendly and rush you out of the office\r 4. Office Manager - Loretta Kramer is horribly rude and ignorant to people. \r \r I had to wait three months for an appointment. One of their doctors has left the practice and the other is on maternity leave. They are sooooo disorganized and have the rudest office staff. They could care less about their patients. I went in for my appointment and they failed to notify me that they were behind schedule, as usual. I had to wait 2 hours. I needed to reschedule and was told I had to wait another two months. I asked for my medical records, was denied. No one seemed to care that I had waited 3 months for an appointment and now couldn't even be seen by a doctor. If you have a busy schedule, DON'T GO HERE. The doctor's are not worth the wait! \r \r And as for the above comment, what type of agenda would I possibly have in writing a review about a doctor's office that treated me rudely and unfairly. My only intention is to let everyone know my experience, that is all. And maybe your experience was fine, mine obviously was not. But please do not patronize me or question my integrity or hidden agendas because I had a bad experience. This website if for people to write reviews, not to bash other people's opinions. And I'm definately not the only one who feels this way, just someone who feels the need to tell everyone. I have had multiple bad experiences at this doctor's office and so has my father. more
