I had a gift certificate and decided to get my hair highlighted and cut. I made an appt. with Deb. Little did I know, Deb was going on vacation in a couple of days so she must have been in a rush to do my hair. She only cut one side of my hair. It was a horrible mess. I called the next day and explained that I was unhappy with my hair and wanted Deb to fix it. The receptionist told me that she ""just left for the day"" so I called the next day and ""she was on vacation"". Finally, I spoke with the manager and she told me to come right in and someone else would fix it. I think I got someone fresh out of cosmetology school because I ended up with a man's haircut! I am a woman!!!!! I told them I wanted my money back and they said that they didnt give refunds. It has been about 3 months and my hair is slowly growing back (choppy). I will never, ever go back there again. My entire experience was horrible. I am going back to Hello Gorgeous!!!
Cons: very unprofessional!
