I have been working in the financial district for years and have just stumbled upon a English pub right around the corner from me. The Elephant and Castle (Corner of Clay and Battery) is a great place after work to unwind. We found the staff very friendly and upbeat, the fish and chips were great and the old English Pub artifacts made us feel like we were in England. We had a couple of pints upstairs and then one of friends needed to use the restroom and stumbled upon a great downstairs area with a pool tables and the same great pub feel as upstairs. I'm recommending this place to all my friends.
