We've gone to TS&S three times now for standard warranty service on our Subaru, and we're through giving them chances to (a) start on time; (b) take less than three hours for an oil change; (c) not try to sell us ridiculously marked-up parts we don't need. I mean, it literally has taken three hours for an oil change on two different occasions. We kept going back, hoping the shoddy service was just a fluke. Unfortunately, it seems to be the norm here. For our 30,000-mile service appointment, they were supposed to do a thorough check of the car. It was supposed to take about four hours. It ended up taking about nine hours, and when it rained the next day, we discovered the windshield wipers were actually torn. I wonder what else they failed to check and/or tell us about ... Pros: It's the only Subaru dealership in the area. Cons: Service department is terrible at estimating the time it will take; service dep't. prices are ridiculous; they installed a product on my car I didn't OK and then tried to charge me for it. more
