I think everyone else has summed it up nicely, these guys will get your for all your worth, they told us the jeep we 'didn't really want' was under blue book price, it was actually 10k over, but we got suckered into it, and it's worth about 1/3rd of what we still owe on it. They made us think we were getting a deal when in fact they were ripping us off big time. The guy that was showing us the cars was nice but his boss i guess came out and was verbally assaulting him for not making a sale. We said we were just there to look but he paid us no attention. Just don't trust these people, besides being highly overprice the cars are ok but the people are the Kings of the slime bucket! I have been a Subaru owner for many years now. I have purchesd both of my cars at TS&S and had them serviced there. They are always friendly and if my car needed more work than thought, they either gave me a ride to where I need to go, or let me use a car. I would just like to send this thank you out to them. I recommend them for all of your Subaru needs. Pros: Great service! Cons: Nothing more

This is a horrible dealership! From buying a car to having it serviced, I don't know what was worse. I am not the only one who feels this way. I have heard around town how bad the service there is and now I know too! Follow my advice and buy somewhere else. They are the epitomy of the slimy car business people. They lied about what was worng with my car, didn't fix it correctly and charged me too much. I found one good salesman there, but no one else, and the owner? Forget about it jerks all the way!! We've gone to TS&S three times now for standard warranty service on our Subaru, and we're through giving them chances to (a) start on time; (b) take less than three hours for an oil change; (c) not try to sell us ridiculously marked-up parts we don't need. I mean, it literally has taken three hours for an oil change on two different occasions. We kept going back, hoping the shoddy service was just a fluke. Unfortunately, it seems to be the norm here. For our 30,000-mile service appointment, they were supposed to do a thorough check of the car. It was supposed to take about four hours. It ended up taking about nine hours, and when it rained the next day, we discovered the windshield wipers were actually torn. I wonder what else they failed to check and/or tell us about ... Pros: It's the only Subaru dealership in the area. Cons: Service department is terrible at estimating the time it will take; service dep't. prices are ridiculous; they installed a product on my car I didn't OK and then tried to charge me for it. more
