If you're in Vegas and craving sushi and I mean real sushi (not the junk they churn out at the casino buffets) then Kaizen is it. I was very impressed with this place. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The ambiance is great for both dates and large party gatherings (plus it's open ridiculously late so it really hits the spot for that late night craving). Most importantly, the sushi was excellent. I saw an earlier review and interestingly I thought the exact same thing while dining there. ""How do they get such fresh sushi out in the desert?"" The presentation and creativity of the rolls were also outstanding. I can actually say that it's one of the best sushi restaurants I've been to and I'm from L.A.!
