At my first visit, they didnt schedule enough time, so they rushed me out and the hygienist acted like she didnt know what was going on. The dentist said I needed work done, and I asked them to send me an estimate.\r

Even though the estimate of charges reflected LESS work than I had done, I was changed SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS MORE than it said. An error of 74%! Their explanation was that they hadnt worked with my insurance before. I have Delta Dental, and I have a hard time believing that their office hasnt worked with that company before.\r
