Take imagination, humor, good ingredients, and turn crepes upside down. Nice on every level--friendly to all, fine for a rare meal alone but always designed for small crowds. Incredible staff, including one who has been there longer than forever and another who sat down with us and sampled a customer designed recipe and pronounced it good. It's just quirky enough to make out of towners feel they've eaten in Portland proper, but also savvy to carrying Paper and keeping artists in business.
