Based on the postive reviews on citysearch, I decided to give Jack a try on hemming my $200+ denims and get the original hems reattached. At first he was nice and explained everything in details on what he was planning to do. When I picked up my denims a few days later, one of the denim that he attached the original hem was flaring out. It looked ridiculous. I asked him about it and he just made some dumb excuses on why the denim was flaring. Since I am a very easy person and thought he was truth to his words; I paid him. When I arrived home and measure the inseam of the denims, I found out that he cut it an inch too short. I called him and asked him about it very politely. To my surprise, he gave me an attitude about it and blamed it on me for confusing him about the inseam. Jack, if I confused you then why did u do one of the inseam the correct measurement and the other one an inch shorter. He ruined my denims and I did not even get an apology for it. He also said that I just want the service for free that is why I am making things up. If I am then I wouldn't pay you in the first place. Then he started blabbing that he is a professional and he never done any mistake and that he got positive reviews on citysearch. Jack, I think you are getting a big head from this all!!! I will never go back to him again! Luckily, I found a new place that do an excellent service on my denims - Newbury Tailor Co. Newbury Tailor Co. fixed the flare that Jack did and reattached all the hems perfectly.
Cons: Rude person and horrible service!!!
