Jack is the place to go if you have serious alterations. I went from a size 34 waist down to a 29 inch waist and I was afraid I would have to purchase an entire new wardrobe. Not the case with Jack. He was able to reconstruct my pants and keep the original integrity of the shape the designer intended. If you have haute couture items that need to be altered I would trust them with Jack.
Pros: Great work and great customer service.
Cons: Not the cheapest but worth it if have designer clothing. You want someone seasoned taking care of your items.
