This restaraunt in a small quiet town becomes a party for the locals. The owner Masa, and Taka the other chef were very helpful and only recomended the the best. !!No rolls and tempura teriyaki stuff!! But they offered the Katsuo which was very tasty with the galic ponzu on top. Not to mention even the rice, lightly vinigared and pearl like shine with a sweet and suttle taste. Ocean trout was fabulous even though I am not a big fan of sake. I would also like to recommend Uzaku, great for desert! And last but not least, their Tako-su. Sour in the begining but sweet from the marinated tako finishing you off with the beuatiful green wasabi tobiko popping in your mouth. If you want them to take you serious, just ask for the best of the day, Nigiri a must, no rolls. and appetizers!!!!!! Huge appetizer selection not to mention, order some sake or beer. Don't eat the food with soda.
Pros: The Food, Service.
Cons: Nothing.
