The decor is odd -- lots of dusty things hanging from the ceilings and the Casablanca memoriabilia everywhere, but all in a good way. It makes for great conversation if you bring someone who's never been. When they bring the tortillas that are cooked on a griddle in the middle of the restaurant with the green salsa you will understand what I mean when I say these are the best tortillas in LA and the salsa is amazing!! I am happy just eating that with a big margarita. But if I do order, the shrimp ceviche on a crispy tortilla is my favorite. Light but big enough to fill you up and healthy. The calamari is great too, and the waiters in their tuxedos are always CHARMING and very kind. Great to bring a date with a sense of humor and a penchant for tequilla....
Pros: tortillas, good tequilla list, live music
Cons: Don't look up at the dusty ceiling. Trust me.
