Chef Hayakawa has received classical French culinary training. You can taste his attention to details and high quality ingredients in every dish. I highly recommend the Omakase if you're in for an adventure. All the sushis range from good to exceptional. For the cooked food types, the broiled Chilean Seabass is also excellent. The only item I'd consider average is the New Style Sashimi. The service is always excellent and the ambience romantic.
