This is a japanese owned restaurant. We walked in around 8:30pm just before they're about to close the kitchen, we still managed to get the food we want before the kitchen close. We had soft shell crab, sweet shrimp, kampachi, uni, toro (just ok), taco, salmon roe, monkfish liver, california hand roll and spicy tuna handroll. The overall price is around $80 for two, it's not the top notch quality, but it is fresh and nice quality.
