I learned that's what ""Jing Ying"" means and it seems to fit! I started in June and have had a blast these past months. I went home sore and tired after the first few classes but boy did I sleep well. Now I can already feel that I'm in much better shape and it's a lot more exciting than aerobics class or lifting weights! The people are really nice, I'm learning a lot and I'm having a lot of fun getting into the best shape of my life. I wish I had started this years ago!
Pros: nice people - very easygoing and helpful attitude, no sales pressure, no contracts
