I learned that's what ""Jing Ying"" means and it seems to fit! I started in June and have had a blast these past months. I went home sore and tired after the first few classes but...

I learned that's what ""Jing Ying"" means and it seems to fit! I started in June and have had a blast these past months. I went home sore and tired after the first few classes but boy did I sleep well. Now I can already feel that I'm in much better shape and it's a lot more exciting than aerobics class or lifting weights! The people are really nice, I'm learning a lot and I'm having a lot of fun getting into the best shape of my life. I wish I had started this years ago! Pros: nice people - very easygoing and helpful attitude, no sales pressure, no contracts Cons: none! more

Cool school, great equipment! 1/10/2006

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is surprising! Lots of space, cool murals and good training equipment. Instructors and students are friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you. Classes are hard work but lots of fun. My kids are older and take the adults classes, but the kids classes look good too. Pros: No contracts, small classes, low cost! Cons: hard to find more

Programs for adults and children. Family discounts made it easier to have the whole family participate. Friendly, family oriented atmosphere Pros: price, instruction, class size Cons: no a/c in summer - UPDATE - A/C has been added! more
