I have been using this company for two years now and the only problem I have with them is their customer service person. This woman is extremely rude over the phone. In fact I dread to receive a call from this woman to schedule a quarterly visit. One time I called to point out an incorrect charge and she refused to make an adjustment. Even when I protested that it was not my fault but somebody else's in the company who failed to keep the correct records, her reply was curt. She said ""the charge will stay."" Only when I said that I would stop the service, she agreed to work with me. A few days later I saw six different transactions posted by this company on my credit card on the same day, some of which are credit and others charges. It was supposed to be a simple adjustment.
