This is probably the worst maid service I've ever used. Not only did they not do what their website says they would (clean, wash, fold 1 set of sheets, mop bathrooms, etc...), when I called to question this THEY discontinued my service. I know, I know, it's odd when a business cancels on it's customers but that's what they do. They perform a horrible job and keep those clients that do not complain. Not to mention it's been 4 weeks and still no sign of my key which they were suppose to return in the mail. Had to install another deadbolt to feel safe. Overall, don't touch this service with a 10-foot pole. The customer service people are beyond rude as well. You get the feeling that you should be very lucky to have their attention.

Cons: Almost everything else was not
