I have been a Giovannis customer for several years and have enjoyed the great pizza and other delights. Whomever is cooking elsewhere is taking shortcuts and skimping on the ingredients. The cheese no longer is the good Buffalo Mottzarella as I was accustomed to, but is the cheaper low fat, skim milk variety. The wonderfully thin crust has is great! The quality great tasting olive oil . The last pizza I ordered had olive oil and the taste . \r
