We received terrible service! We had to go to the pet hotel twice to get her checked in because the person that helped us the first time (admitedly) didn't know what he was doing. When we went back the second time to fill out paperwork the first person forgot to give to us we were yelled at fo purposefully not signing the paperwork. We were hesitant to leave our pet, but were flying out of town and had no options left. When we picked our pet up she and her toys were filthy and she had picked up a cold! When we tried to complain to the management they said they didn't care what we thought and said it was our choice if we didn't want to use their services again - it made no difference to them. They wouldn't even hear out our concerns and complaints. We were very disappointed with The Hound Dog Pet Hotel. Their website and promises look and sound nice, but, in our experience, they don't match up to the service they actually offer.
