It took several calls and trips out to my house for them to finally fix an electrical wiring mistake caused previously by a different contractor back in the winter (had no heat). On a recent service call, when asked to address a condensate pan leak, they wrote on invoice ""recommend replace air-handler or machine a new drip pan"" but told me verbally they didn't recommend the latter. Then why write it down? No follow up calls by them were made, which would have been good business practice. I took time and repaired the pan myself. Also, inappropriate when 'telling' me, not 'asking politely' that I needed to move items around in my attic. Most recently, my AC quit working, left a message with them on voicemail, and no return phone call. Turns out, the blower relay shorted out; it was corroded, not insulated or fastened properly, and not up to code, while a fire hazard - they should have told me this the previous times they worked on that unit.
