You would think that such a business would value their customers and have a better level of customer service (especially when it comes to WEDDINGS), but we were wrong on this one. Maybe if you had a HUGE budget to work with, the quality of service would have been different..... Lack of organization, poor communication skills and PETTINESS is what we couldn't deal with.. not to mention wrong flower arrangement and stress!!! more
