This company needs to be investigated. Talking to their representative was one of the most awful experiences ever! As a victim of identity fraud, I expected AT LEAST some sort of civility on their end. NOPE! I spoke to a man who introduced himself as Mr. Campbell and he pretty much accused me of being a liar and that I would need to make payments on the outstanding balance. He denied my request for a collection dispute form saying that I'd be rejected and then he refused my request to speak to a different representative and a manager, and then hung up on me! I have never been treated with such disrespect from a customer service agent. I called back hoping to speak to a different agent, but once I gave the new agent my information, Mr. Campbell got back on the phone and yelled, 'You know where I stand!' and hung up on me. The company is absolutely ridiculous. They're violating every ethical code in the book.
