Horrible customer service when flowers died two days later 8/10/2006

Beautifully arranged bouquet but it died within 24-36 hours. When I called 72 hours (on the 3rd day) to complain, the sales manager (who said she spoke for the owner) were rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering to replace the bouquet or give us a credit for even part of the order, the manager refused to do anything and wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner. We were frequent clients of the shop and won't use them again Pros: beautiful arrangements Cons: flowers died. customer service was horrible more
