RIBS: Ribs come as spare ribs (large, with a mild rub) and baby back ribs, which are smaller and have a spicier rub. We ordered our ribs n@ked but they will put any of their 5 sauces on them before serving. Spare ribs were meaty and smoky, and had been cooked long enough to render off the fat. Baby back ribs were noticeably spicier and were just great (best of the 4 meats we tasted).
Pros: Some great meats here. Baby back ribs the best. Avoid the brisket?
