Sooo yummy! 3/9/2009

Total guilty pleasure heaven! I ordered the Sweetwater Catfish and loved every bite of its spicy deliciousness, the Cornbread Muffin (Perfectly moist & a hint of sweetness) the drunken apples (SO DELISH) corn on the cobb and of course the Garlic Red-Skin Mashed Potatoes. Definitely couldn't eat everything but man did I try! We went on a busy night but were seated promptly and had a very friendly waitress who was not only friendly, but knowledgeable and attentive, can't beat the prices either! I LOVE this restaurant! Pros: Great Food, Service, Prices and Happy Atmosphere~! Cons: Your waistline may suffer a bit, but your tastebuds will thank you! more

Surprisingly good barbeque for a chain! Get baby back ribs. Avoid brisket. 8/19/2006

RIBS: Ribs come as spare ribs (large, with a mild rub) and baby back ribs, which are smaller and have a spicier rub. We ordered our ribs n@ked but they will put any of their 5 sauces on them before serving. Spare ribs were meaty and smoky, and had been cooked long enough to render off the fat. Baby back ribs were noticeably spicier and were just great (best of the 4 meats we tasted). Pros: Some great meats here. Baby back ribs the best. Avoid the brisket? more

IN MY OPINION THE RIBS WERE TOUGH AND FATTY WITH NOT MUCH MEAT. THE REST OF THE MEAL WAS GREAT. BEEF BRISKET IS GOOD AND SO ARE THE RIB TIPS. more

The food is good and the wait staff really friendly. I went there with a group of people and everyone enjoye the food. I even asked to take some of the sauce home. Pros: Great Food, value more

Top Bar-b-que 1/21/2005

Best bar-b-que your going to find around. Try it all; ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken. I personally prefer the chicken, no the ribs, no, amybe the pork. Just try it and see for yourself what I mean. Inside is exactly what you expect from a good'ol soutren bar-b-que. Get there early on the weekends. Pros: Great Food!, Good atmosphere, Great Food! more

This Should Be #1. 8/1/2004

When this place opened, all we had for BBQ was the Bone Yard, Applebee's, and local bad BBQ. We were inpressed when we got out of the car. Real BBQ smells in the parking lot. didn't wait long and we were seated. ""Aussie"" John, one of the great managers came over and greeted us and we have become regulars and friends. We ordered a small sampler just to try everything. We still can't decide what our favorite is, it's all good. This has replaced all of our diners forever. Pros: Great Food, Great Decor, Great everything Cons: , none, none more
