I've been taking my dog here, but I'm going to switch. The first time I went, after I waited forever to see the vet, I was chastised no fewer than three times for not feeding my puppy expensive enough food. Then, they did some tests that I hadn't scheduled or asked for and charged me for them, doubling the amount that I would have had to pay for the shots that I had requested. Some of the other clients seem to like it there, but I feel deceived and taken advantage of.
Pros: Conveniently located, knowledgeable staff
Cons: Poor customer service, long wait, they charge you for things you didn't ask for
more
