The prices are inexpensive, the availability of appointments often allow for spontaneity, and most of the massages I've had have been excellent. Most of the masseuses I've had are just starting their careers, have varied styles and take the quality of their work seriously -- be sure to tip well because the word is they aren't paid great and you're already getting a good deal. My issue with the place is customer service, largely driven by a really poor computer system and lack of going the extra mile when they make mistakes. For the first several times I went they couldn't find me in the system so I had to wait while they searched. "We'll fix it" was said every time but didn't actually happen for several months. Twice my appointments mysteriously disappeared, even after receiving confirmation calls. While you owe them money if you miss an appointment, you'll get nothing from them if your appointment disappears thanks to their error. The young receptionists aren't really concerned or empowered to do anything about the mistakes -- there are no discounts offered or extra therapists around to make it up -- this is a serious relationship burner. The owners need to rehaul their computer booking and payment system -- it's too complicated and prone to error. I gave them a five only because I feel like I'm taking a risk in making an appointment, but the massages and appointment availability is great and deserves a 9-10.
Pros: Quality masseuses building their careers, appointment convenience
Cons: Management policies, customer service at the desk
