I purchased a car from San Francisco Chrysler Jeep and had it serviced here (Citysearch needs to update the name. It used to be Albera). I would recommend going to ANY other Jeep dealer before this one. I don't care if it's the only dealer in the city. Both the sales and service departments are amateurish (they are not a "certified" jeep dealer). Here are the reasons. - They lost my car for 2+ hours when picking it up after its first service appt (on their own lot!) - They wrote down the wrong mileage on the registration and purchase agreement - A service technician insulted my intelligence repeatedly (I was told to just "read the manual" before they had even looked at the item) - They told me I could not get a new factory stereo (I founder a certified jeep dealer to do this for 1/2 the list price) - This service department requires you to leave your car in all day regardless of what's being repaired. They won't even look at it and give you a time estimate! - They lost the vehicle repair history and inspection report for the car I purchased (later I was given a grainy photocopy with handwritten checkmarks) - It took them 3 weeks to get me a check for several hundred dollars I was owed Other than these items, it's a great dealer! Pros: Great location, sales staff is friendly and relatively genuine, good prices Cons: Amateurish, awful customer service, lack attention to detail more
