Get rid of the children you have working there and hire some adult servers,hosts and bartenders. I've never seen such a poorly run restaurant with inexperienced staff. They should be at home watching cartoons, aren't they breaking curfew? Teach your staff the meaning of customer service!!! Get rid of the kids, and teach your hosts the proper way to answer the phone!!
