A Terrible Dining Experience ! 12/31/2008

Before going there today we read the 2 earlier reviews. I said it's been a couple years they have had to taken care of those problems by now. Were we surprised. Service was terrible. We watched while 3 Hostesses stood there talking during the whole time we were there. They could have been cleaning something instead of doing nothing. The food was not very good / in fact we both were sick when we returned home. Not a very good experience. Needless to say we will not be returning to Timber Lodge any time soon. The atmosphere was bad and the music they had playing in the background sure did not have a place there. We were totally disappointed. It was our New Years Day Early Dinner. more

extremely bad service with below average food!! 7/14/2006

Get rid of the children you have working there and hire some adult servers,hosts and bartenders. I've never seen such a poorly run restaurant with inexperienced staff. They should be at home watching cartoons, aren't they breaking curfew? Teach your staff the meaning of customer service!!! Get rid of the kids, and teach your hosts the proper way to answer the phone!! Cons: poor hosting skills, extremely poor, inexperienced servers more

Superb 6/20/2003

Great Food and Service, and a beautiful establishment with great decoration. A little spendy, but worth it when money is not a concern. Pros: Food, Service, Ambience Cons: Price more
