As soon as I walked it, Jimi was an absolute doll, taking me in right away and offering me his advice. He got straight to work on my color (which is fabulous btw!) followed by a Shine treatment (really worth it!). My hair was really long and pin straight and told him exactly how I wanted it. He gave me his suggestions and although I was a little nervous that we decided on cutting 4 1/2 inches off, I trusted that he would do a superb job. AND HE DID!! With his expertise, he was able to chop off the dead weight I was carrying and give me the body and layers I've always wanted. I am absolutely in LOVE with it!!!!!
