Wow. I saw these guys on TV doing a demonstration on Barbeque. On the show, they talked about slow barbequeing techniques, and showed a Pork shoulder they had cooked for 7 hours. It looked amazing, so I took a trip to the little joint. It was difficult to find, as they are not very visible from the street. This little hide-out is well worth the trip. The meats were amazing! Their sauce is complex and would pass as gourmet. The staff was friendly, making the entire experience fun. I highly recommend this place for everyone. Although it is small, the cozy atmosphere fits right in with barbeque. Wonderful!
Pros: Meat, Sauce, Friendly staff
Cons: none!
