first impression was 'filthy' and 'steamy hot'. they don't really manage washing machines and dryers to work properly. my clothes are all ruined. dirty spots were all over the clothes. i left them to get cleaned. the next day i went back to the place... what an attitude! they basically accused me as if i had those stains already somewhere else. the owner couple are exactly same kind of people. both were rude and nasty. hope they will find some other business so people don't have to be get annoyed by them! they are obviously kind of people who lose something bigger to save pennys. \r

Cons: they don't maintain machines, bad attitude
