A & E Laudromat Corp

I have been going to this laundromat for years and it has changed almost 8 owners by this time, not to mention staff who don't speak English, are absolutely rude and nasty!!! This comment goes for all owners too! Machines are absolute disaster, rip your clothes, your linen and clothes come out of the washers with unexplained stains alongside with a nasty stinky smell that clings to your clothes for 3-4 times to wash on separate occasions to get rid of it. There is absolutely no hot water running in the washers. If you question, their response is that the building does not provide it yet the washers that have stickers ""service only"" has hot water. The staff start to clean the machines in the middle of the day and all the dust and dirt they take out of the dryers float in the air landing on you and your clothes. Outsiders walk into the place with their dogs, cats and as if they are in the park. When you question why my clothes stink when they just came our of the washing machine their response is: ""Nobody complains..."" WORST OF THE WORST!!! I HOPE THEY COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN AND GO AWAY FROM THIS NEIGHBORHOOD!!! more

I'd dropped off my laundry here a few times only to find other peoples clothes in my bag upon pick up. I'd also had some of my clothes go missing. When I talked to them about it, they gave me a very bad attitude. \r \r The last straw is when they'd raised their prices 20% without posting it nor notifying me. \r \r Horrible place. more

first impression was 'filthy' and 'steamy hot'. they don't really manage washing machines and dryers to work properly. my clothes are all ruined. dirty spots were all over the clothes. i left them to get cleaned. the next day i went back to the place... what an attitude! they basically accused me as if i had those stains already somewhere else. the owner couple are exactly same kind of people. both were rude and nasty. hope they will find some other business so people don't have to be get annoyed by them! they are obviously kind of people who lose something bigger to save pennys. \r Pros: none that i noticed!
