While the Roasting Company is one of the oldest coffee shops in town, I suspect that the owners are losing their interest in the cafe because their coffees and teas just taste OLD. I once asked the barista if I could see the beans he was using (because the coffee tasted stale!) but he refused my request for sanitary reasons. They've gotta be OLD!\r

However, their food is actually not bad. Their quiche is a good choice for lunch, and if the cakes are fresh they are quite good as well.\r
