Being new to the area, I will try every sushi place around like it's our job--with the hopes to find the best sushi place in town! Hana was, in all honestly, the most overpriced, disappointing sushi expreience i think I've ever had. The quality was decent, but this restaurant needs a good lesson in portion ratio as compared to price. For example, Hana isn't playing fair when they cut a regular maki roll into eight peieces and charge double the price and call it a ""dinner platter."" Even more disappointing was the sushimi platter (overpriced at $27) which was hardly enough sushi on the plate to even classify it as an appetizer. I think we should have turned around and walked out when the waitress asked us to sit at a table rather than the Sushi Bar becasue she wasn't confident that we'd order the $20 per person minimum to be granted real estate at the sushi bar. The portions were so small, that after a $75 bill for two, we stopped at the grocery store for dinner on the way home becasue we left hungry. DO NOT waste your time or money at this place--you'll be disappointed like we were.
