Despite the ""what a bunch of jerks"" review (and the tee-shirts they sell in its honor) I have to say these guys do a great job. They refused to quote a tune-up price for me over the phone and insisted I bring my bike in so they could see what I actually needed to have done. Now, I probably wouldn't have bothered had I not been unable to get an appointment anywhere else in the next century, but boy am I glad I did. Most places will charge you $40-50 for a tune-up. These guys let me in after they had officially closed for the day. Took one look at my bike, said all it really needed was new brake pads and charged me half what I would have paid at any other store. Thanks guys!
